Wild Women Rockies Adventure - 8 days/7 nights
- Varighed: 6 Dage (Ca.)
- Sted: Banff, AB
The UNESCO World Heritage Canadian Rockies stretch through British Columbia and Alberta. Glaciers, snowy peaks, teal-green lakes and mighty rivers will surround you as you explore the wilderness. Whole mountain eco-systems with old-growth forests, pure glacier-fed lakes and abundant wildlife abound! Moose, caribou, bear and big-horned sheep, to name a few.
We visit three National Parks on this adventure, beginning with easier hikes, and slowly acclimatizing ourselves to the elevation in Kootenay National Park. Enjoy a soothing soak in Radium Hot Springs at the end of the day.
We’ll explore the lush Columbia Wetlands by cataraft before heading to Yoho National Park. Named for a Cree expression of awe and wonder, Yoho lies on the western slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, and here, we’ll treat ourselves to a couple of nights at Emerald Lake Lodge and challenge ourselves to hike the great Iceline Trail!
Our Canadian Rockies Multisport Adventure is completed with a classic hike and visit to the famed Lake Louise topping it off with a full day of adventures in Banff National Park.
